30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We believe in our products and we want you to as well. Results from consistent daily use typically appear between 2 to 4 weeks, which is why we offer a full 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your first purchase.

If you've completed your first box / sachet and don't feel a difference, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll refund you in full. No return needed. No complicated process.

This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only. To request a refund under this guarantee, please reach out to us via our Contact Us page with your order number and we'll take care of the rest.

RETURNS POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition and packaging, unused and unopened. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us via our Contact Us page. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

For damaged or wrong items, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order so we can resolve it quickly.

We deliver to all seven Emirates and Al Ain within city limits. For next-day delivery, orders must be placed before 10 pm.
