PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

At Casalily, we aim to make every part of your experience simple and stress-free, including cancellations.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Us page.

Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded if the request is made before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled — however you may be eligible for a return or refund under our Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee policy.

SUBSCRIPTION & RECURRING ORDERS

If subscription or recurring purchase options are available, you may cancel at any time before your next scheduled order date. Cancellations made after a recurring order has already been processed and dispatched will follow our standard returns process.

PRE-ORDERS

If you have placed a pre-order, you may cancel and receive a full refund at any time before the item has been dispatched.
